The AFCAT Question Paper consists of a total of 100 questions, divided into 4 sections: General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Aptitude, English Proficiency, and Military Aptitude, along with Engineering Knowledge for technical branch aspirants.

    Is there any age limit for AFCAT exams?

    Yes, there is an age limit for AFCAT exams. For flying branches, the candidates must be between 20 and 24 years old. And for Ground Duty, the age limit is 2o to 26 years. 

    Yes. Final-year students can enrol and apply for the exam, provided they have no current backlogs and can submit proof of passing with a minimum of 60% marks by the time of the AFSB interview

    Yes, the Indian Air Force strictly requires a minimum of 60% marks in graduation for most branches. For the Flying and Technical branches, you also need at least 50% each in Physics and Maths at the 10+2 level.

    A foundation course is designed for long-term preparation (usually 6–12 months). It covers basic concepts in English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and General Awareness, followed by advanced practice and mock tests

    While the course is academic, students are encouraged to maintain a basic fitness routine (running, push-ups) at home to prepare for the physical demands of the AFSB and eventual training.
